At Shinas Estate Wines Australia we require any purchaser or acceptor of wine purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. When purchasing, Shinas Estate Wines Australia shall require verification that the purchaser is aged 18 years or older.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500).
The delivery driver will not leave goods with persons under the age of 18 years; do not ask your children under the age of 18 years to sign for the delivery.

Any sales of alcohol made via this internet site will be made on that liquor license. The applicable law for transactions for the purchase of alcohol on this internet site is the law of the State of Victoria. By placing an order with Shinasestate.com.au you accept that the ownership of and risk of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods and when the goods have been dispatched with the carrier by us.
FREE DELIVERY Australia Wide
Shinas Estate Wines Australia will assume that any person aged 18 years or over located at the delivery address as nominated by the purchaser shall be authorized to accept the delivery. A delivery will be assumed as authorized should it be delivered at a secure or advised location as deemed appropriate by the purchaser.
Risk and title of the delivery passes onto the purchaser at that time should it be considered required by the delivery service, Shinas Estate Wines Australia shall withhold delivery should proof of age be required. We shall not deliver to any person or persons considered under the age of 18 years.
All our shipping is handled by Australia Post, Shinas Estate Wines Australia dispatch your wine within 5 normal working days of receiving your order. You should receive your wine within 3 to 5 days from this time; however, some geographic areas may result in further delays.
Delivery on all wine shipping in Australia is free and is for a full case (12 bottle) quantities only for all labels including The Guilty, The Verdict, The Innocent & Sweet Justice, the only exclusion from this is the Executioner which will be available as a half case (6 bottles) and as a full case (12 bottle) quantities.

Should a particular product not be available at the time of purchase, Shinas Estate Wines Australia will offer a replacement option or refund your payment in full.

- The wine bottles are not opened
- The wine bottles are returned within 7 days of receiving the goods
We will exchange your goods when we receive notification of what was damaged or different to what you ordered and we are satisfied that they are in original condition. You are responsible for the costs of delivery of sending the goods to us.
